Course objectives
The purpose of the course is to help students with the selection of the topic of the thesis, its correct processing and subsequent presentation in the defense of the thesis. Emphasis will be placed on mastering typographic rules and rules for writing professional work.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- find the necessary information sources for the elaboration of the diploma thesis;
- identify and use appropriate citation methods for the purpose of the thesis;
- describe the basic structure of the diploma thesis;
- create and consult professional parts of the text of the diploma thesis.
Syllabus
  • Selection of the topic of the work, communication with the supervisor, prepared templates.
  • Principles of writing a professional text, the main part of the diploma thesis.
  • Typographic principles.
  • Use of sources, citations, bibliography.
