- Course objectives
- The Student has to get a basic overview of the history of education in ancient Greece and Rome, the most outstanding personalities and institutions, which are in this area of ancient culture linked to understand the context, causes and development leading to the transmission and transformation of the ancient cultural heritage in early medieval Europe, which led to the emergence of a network of schools, the founding of universities.
