Course objectives

Acquisition of basic knowledge and the formation of a coherent vision of the mission, organization, economics and law as the foundation on which is built the modern information policy. Understanding the principles governing the design process of public information services in various countries and their political and economic groupings and also globally, with particular reference to the current issue of development of the global information infrastructure, global and especially European projects informatization of society. Introduction to basic principles of the formation and implementation of information policy in developed Western democracies in the face of developments in the country and in selected former totalitarian regimes. Acquiring basic knowledge of contemporary legislative framework Czech national information policy and its foreign models and resources. Deeper penetration in selected problem areas of information policy through active participation of students in teaching awarded based on targeted topics of papers and their discussions developed.

• 1. Co je a co znamená informační politika ve vývoji společnosti.
  2. Základní pojmy, procesy a vztahy, s nimiž informační politika pracuje.
  3. Legislativní rámec soudobého světového vývoje informační politiky a soudobá česká informační legislativa.
  4. Filozofické a sociologické aspekty vymezení informačního sektoru společnosti a informatizace světa.
  5. Informační ekonomie.
  6. Informační sektor v postindustriální společnosti.
  7. Vymezení soudobé informační sféry jako předmětu informační politiky šesti informačními okruhy.
  8. Vývojové historické zdroje soudobého informačního průmyslu.
