- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is mainly to deepen the knowledge of the students in the area of social intercourse and etiquette aimed at the communication with clientele. Future managers in spas and tourism should be well informed of this issue regarding domestic as well as foreign guests. The students will learn to respect the rules of social intercourse when organising business dealings. The will also learn the importance of diplomatic protocol and other aspects necessary when organising events for foreign clientele.

8. Habits of foreigners, national mentality, cross-cultural/regional differences
9. Diplomatic protocol - concept, importance, diplomatic corps, diplomatic privileges
10. Bases of diplomatic practice, establishing diplomatic missions
11. Obligations and rights of diplomatic representatives, protocol formalities of diplomats
