- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the the history of World literature since the period of modernism in 20th century till the period of postmodernism, as well as to introduce the key authors, their works and the main literary movements.

Modernictic novel (e.g. Joyce, Woolf, Proust)
Literary movements after the 2nd world war (existencialism, neorealism, nouveau roman, theatre of the absurd, beat generation, magic realism etc.)
