Course objectives
Study of Early Modern ceramics in recent times due to the extensive research of the emergency successfully. The aim of the course is to enable students to successfully they can also "jump on the bandwagon" and focus on the production of ceramic 16th and early 17th century. Discussed the technology of pottery, ceramic basic shapes and its decoration. Attention will be paid to the glass, whose production in Moravia in the early modern period to develop promising. On the tables of rich burghers are also receiving stoneware and earthenware. Recently, the research develops military fortifications from the Thirty Years War and the reconstruction of battles. Many students are involved in these activities so you can get the necessary knowledge.

    5. Brno goblets and Loštice goblets
    6. Early Modern stove tiles
    7. Glazed pottery
    8. Stoneware goblets of the so-called Falke Gruppe stoneware
    9. The Habans and their pottery production
    10. Beroun?s pottery ware in Bohemia
    11. Early Modern pottery in Central Europe
    12 / Archaeological research of the early modern period in Bohemia and Moravia.
