Požadavky na studenta v průběhu semestru a kritéria hodnocení: výuka předpokládá průběžnou přípravu studenta. Kvalita výuky je systematicky prověřována formou testů, prezentací zadaných referátů aj. Předmět je ukončen zápočtem, který se skládá ze seminární práce a ústní zkoušky, která je zaměřena na prověření získaných teoretických znalostí.

Course objectives

Managerial techniques are available as the discipline easily following the subjects of Organization of public libraries of community type 1 and 2. The block of lectures is focused to connetion with theoretical knowledge of Library Management, while it provides to students possibility of initiation with the basic necessary managerial skills, which could be used in managerial practice with personnel during concrete situations.

Teacher's information

Minimum 75 % attendance, active seminary collaboration.
Understanding and active making up the subject matter, ability of reasoning and application of enlisted knowledge. Subject finishes by credit, which is given after odevzdání a uznání seminární práce. There will be TWO CREDIT TERMS ONLY: regular one in the credit week and amendatory one on the beginning of exam period. No more terms are provided. Students will obtain the detail information on the beginning of semestre.
Scholarly texts, submitting tasks by means of mutual students´ e-mail address and mailing resulted works to lecturer by means of e-mail, communication with lecturer via e-mail, consultation hours, personal consultations with lecturer.
