- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the functioning of information systems, their role in the field of public administration and advantages of their use to students. They will understand technology of IS and the importance of IS/IT. The students will also understand principles on which the database systems work - organization of data and browsing in databases. The tutorials are focused on development of knowledge in the field of use of information and database services in public administration.

3. Information systems and technologies, characteristics and classification
4. State information system - philosophy and standards
5. Architecture of state IS
6. Application of architecture client/server in company IS, the importance of database and replication systems
7. The roles of bulk data processing, their classification of agenda solution, defects and problems of this solution
8. Database technology, basic concepts of DBS theory
9. Cadastre
10. Register of Inhabitants
11. Motor-power Vehicle Register
