- Course objectives
- The course introduces the meaning of law, law theory and law order in the state to students and in this frame it deals with basic law concepts and institutes and law systematic. In law system interpretation, the distinction of the public-administration and private-law level is stressed as well as the differentiation of procedural law and substantive law and classification by branch of law order in sequence of difference between individual circles of social relations as a subject of law branches. The frame of the interpretation is based on constitutional order in the Czech republic and harmosation of Czech law with European Union law. The course is dedicated for students of Department of public administration and regional policy only.
