Course objectives
The subject deals with the basic aspects of informatization process in public administration. The emphasis is put on the importance of making the information available for public, simplification of communication between public and public administration, support of participation of the citizen in administration of public issues as well as improving of the transparency of performance of public administration by more effective application of information and communication technologies.
