Cílem předmětu je teoretické objasnění příčin vzniku, dynamiky a zvládání krizových situací, získání základních informací o krizové intervenci a technikách používaných při práci s klientem v krizi s důrazem na specifickou skupinu seniorů. Studenti získají povědomí o konkrétní práci s negativními emocemi, které doprovázejí každou krizi. V rámci přednášek budou probírána specifická témata krizové intervence u seniorů.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction to problems crisis intervention (what say crisis, definition basic concepts,
    causes and precipitation factors).
    2. Typology crisis (situation crisis, transit - arable crisis, crisis sequent upon sudden of traumatized
    stressed, crisis aging - development, crisis sequent upon abnormal psychology, urgent crisis
    construction sequence cases).
    3. Phase, course and models crisis.
    4. Informal and formalized recourse in crisis (self - help and lay assist in crisis, telephone
    crisis intervention, Internet assist, crisis intervention face to face, mobile crisis intervention).
    5. Work with emotions in crisis intervention (cry, fear, anxiety, panic anxiety, anger, anger ad.).
    6. Crisis in age (causes and precipitation factors crisis in the elderly).
    7. Crisis intervention in the elderly (matrixes and techniques).
    8. Specific themes crisis intervention in the elderly (loneliness, maltreatment, disease, death and
    dying, suicidal tendencies, and more).
    9. Matrixes and techniques crisis intervention in the elderly.
    10. Demand on crisis worker (knowledge, skills, relation aspects of and legal aspects of
    crisis intervention, ethic work, super - vision).

Teacher's information
Student will be according to instructions teaching serve from study support and registered literature. Student would be able continuously consult individually studied themes subject through e-mail, individual or group consultation.
Final - test. Student must meet the demands so, so him may be assigned points (% correct answer in test) and of them consequent classification according to undermentioned keys.
