Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the expanding terminology of the medical disciplines, dentistry and dental hygiene. The aim of the course is to practice communication in specific situations that may arise in the dental hygiene profession. The course builds on English for Dental Hygiene 1.

Assessment methods
The course is completed by credit, which will take the form of a seminar presentation - a given medical topic prepared in the form of a PPT or a frontal/interactive oral presentation. The condition for the award of credit is at least 80% attendance at the class.
