- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to identify the main principles of EU law.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: - identify the basic principles of EU law - identify the position of member states and EU institutions - understand the basic aspects of primacy of EU law Expertise in the field of EU law. Orientation in legal regulations – regulations and directives. To understand pricnciples of legal argumention.
