Course objectives
This course directly follows up on the Andragogy and Gerontagogy course students completed in the winter semester.
Learning outcomes
Professional knowledge: Students can define the different types of participatory methods. They can define and explain the importance of participatory methods and playing activities in the context of education of pre-senior and senior age.

Professional skills: Students can prepare a proposal of activities using the knowledge gained from the course. Students can evaluate a draft programme.

General qualification: The student is aware of the importance of participatory methods and playing activities in the life of pre-seniors and seniors and can apply the acquired knowledge and skills in practice with regard to the specifics of each group.

  • 4. The principles of experiential pedagogy - comfort zone, flow, voluntariness, Kolb's learning cycle

  • 10. Gamification
  • 11. Organization of group work and other organizational forms of teaching using a video system
  • 12. Preparation and planning of an educational events using elements of experiential teaching and participatory methods
