Výklad je zaměřen na některá odvětví práva soukromého a veřejného. Výběr je dán profilací studijního oboru a zahrnuje problematiku rodinného práva, pracovního práva, práva sociálního zabezpečení, trestního práva, práva obchodních společností a práva Evropské unie.
