Cílem předmětu je procvičit a upevnit odbornou terminologii používanou ve veřejné správě a sociální politice na centrální, regionální i místní úrovni i v orgánech a institucích Evropské unie. Studium jazyka má průpravnou funkci se dvěma cíli: komunikačním a vzdělávacím.
