- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The aim of the course, following the previous study if the language, is to develop further the communicative competence of communication in written contact. The attention will be paid to written contact, correspondence. The students will learn the stylistic peculiarities of official and commercial letter which differ from informal letter. Formal letter is significant by automated phrases and expressions. The course will be focused on all types of communication in written contact, the most important phraseological expressions, request and reply formulation etc. which the student can meet in practice when having contact with partners from France or French speaking areas of Belgium, Switzerland and Canada. The course is intended for Department of Public Administration and Regional Policy students only. Compulsory selection of one of the languages English for PA, German for PA, French for PA. The Department of Public Administration and Regional Policy can be asked to recognize the credit on the base of document (certificate) of exam on corresponding level.

2. Commercial actions. Searching for commercial partner, exhibition, fair, accommodation and pension

4. Reply. Invitation, announcement
5. Reminder/urgency; consignment, consignment damage

8. Preparation of appointments; in a written form, via phone, e-mail
