- Course objectives
- The course Communal policy directly follows the course Local Politics from bachelor cycle. It is aimed at renewal of Czech democratic communal politics in 1989 and 1990 and its development in 1990-2009. The development of the Czech communal politics will be analysed both in its administrative aspect and especially its political (results of communal elections, changes of partial system, replacement of political elites atc.). The course includes also a part dedicated to European aspect of communal policy and supra-national representation of municipalities in European political territory.
