Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the Law Office of legal relations. The instruction is focused on ways to develop, change and termination of employment, the rights and obligations of employees and employers arising from the employment relationship, including the status of trade unions in labour-legal relations, the issue of the remuneration of, and compensation for damages and other institutes of labour law. The interpretation is aided by the currently on the status of civil servants and officials planning good units in labour relations.

    4. Creation, modification and termination of employment
    5. Working time and rest time
    6. The rights arising from the employment relationship
    7.Wage and salary replacement
    8. Reimbursement of expenses employees provided in connection with the performance of the work
    9. Formation and damages
    10. Obstacles in the work and pay compesation when the barriers at work
    11. The agreement on the work performed outside an employment relationship
    12. Labour relations in the public service
    13. Employment of officials of territorial self-governing units
