Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the area of some aspects of sociological knowledge in the plane theory of middle range. The course emphasizes the phenomenon of bureaucracy, which is considered the highest expression of rationality in the management and coordination of human activities, analyzes issues a formal organization represents a means of coordinating large numbers of people for a specific purpose. The teaching focuses on sociological paradigms of an organization and the term "bureaucracy" as a way to refer to the organization of public administration.
