Course objectives
This course gives to the students knowledge about problems tight with realisation of the domestic payments and abroad payments. First part of the course is focused to the description of the basic tools used in clean payments, documentary payments and operations with guarantees. The second point of view used in course is comparison of the tradition payments with modern, electronic forms of payments. Next part of the course describes organization of payment systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union and relevant problems of development of the new models of payments in the EU. Last, but not least - the legall basement of the payments in the Czech Republic and.its comparison with acquis communitaire is a part of the course.
