The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Making the students familiar with essential issues of general psychology and selected spheres of work and management psychology. The teaching is drafted as a basis of the study of psychology for managers. At the same time, it sets a target of contributing towards self-knowledge, the development of the student's personality and self-realization possibilities. The course simultaneously forms natural bases for a series of other disciplines in the teaching, aimed at communication, management problems and also human resources management, adult education, personality psychology and others.

    4. Psychological interpretation of the personality, the structure and development and dimension of the personality
    5. Personality and individuality IQ, EQ
    6. Motivation as a process
    7. Motivation of the work dealings
    8. Psychology of communication and assertiveness
    9. Origin and development of work psychology
    10. Consulting work psychology
    11. Social work psychology and organization psychology
    12. Load situations, stress, anti-stress programs
