Course objectives (in Czech)

Cílem předmětu je rozšíření slovní zásoby o terminologii z oblasti CR a aktivní užívání znalostí gramatických struktur. V seminářích se věnuje pozornost překladu tematicky zaměřených vět s využitím lexika a gramatických struktur, procvičování a rozvíjení dovedností mluvení, poslechu, čtení a psaní v CR na základě autentických písemných materiálů a audio nahrávek na úrovni B2. Důraz je kladen na přesné zachycení důležitých informací na základě poslechu se zaměřením na data, čas, instrukce, zákazy a příkazy, konverzační pohotovost při objednávce lístků, rezervace ubytování, pojištění, při řešení stížností, rozvíjení komplexních komunikačních dovedností při řešení problémových situací a na efektivní písemnou komunikaci. Pozornost je věnována především odborné jazykové přípravě průvodce CR, manažera cestovní kanceláře a tour operátora s marketingovými a propagačními schopnostmi s uvědomělým používáním jazyka z hlediska adekvátnosti situace a řešení problémů v cizím jazyce s orientací na praxi.
