Course objectives
Subject Appraisement of Assets provides students basic knowledge of the area of appraisement of assets. Students familiarize with basic terms in the area of appraisement of assets, valid legislative for this area and also methods of appraisement of assets, which are generally used in appraisement. The emphasis is on the application of methods by market rules and by the law about valuation of property.
