Course objectives
The aim of the course is acquaint students with reliability theory of renewed and non-renewed objects. In terms of ISO 9000 reliability is here understood as availability and factors affected it, especially failure-free operation, maintainability and security maintenance. Graduates will gain knowledge and skills in methods to improve reliability, issue of corrective maintenance ensuring, preventive maintenance and its optimization methods. Attention is paid to the implementation of a comprehensive productive maintenance. Students will obtain an overview of the diagnostic methods and of the using of artificial intelligence elements during maintenance.
