Course objectives
Tutorial builds on the knowledge gained in the course of law and commercial law. Is focused on understanding and knowledge of legal issues, business sector in international trade. The students will get acquainted with the key issues of legal regulation in the field of international trade business in the conditions of market economy, including the binding application management in the Czech Republic on international trade.
