The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
To analyze the importance of human capital as the most important source of organizational effectiveness. To provide starting information for use in the process of optimization of human resources in the company on the basis of the theory of management, applied psychology and sociology. The aim is to achieve mastery of modern methods and procedures for the management of human resources in companies and institutions with an emphasis on the moral aspects of a cooperative partnership of the employer and employees.
