- Course objectives
- Course objectives: The aim of the course is to provide students with understanding of the key aspects of management and financing of multinational corporations in different models of corporate governance. Attention is focused both on the possibility of raising long-term funds and the modern methods of short-term financing used by corporations (such as cash pooling). Interpretation involves the issue of dividend policy in terms of multinational corporations, including the issue of repatriation of profits. Finally, attention is paid to the investment policy of multinational corporations, from the perspective of foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions.
