Course objectives
Human potential is the most important resource or organizational efficiency. The course objective is to provide knowledge of modern methods and practices in human resource management. Students will be introduced to the issue of personnel management in the whole its complexity and the specificity.

  • Human Resource Management Strategy
    Objectives and tasks of human resource management, personnel management, and personnel administration. Personnel manager and personnel activities. Personnel department tasks and organization. Personnel strategy and personnel policy. Human resource management strategy.
    Corporate Philosophy and Corporate Culture in the Personnel Management System
    Personnel management and corporate philosophy and corporate culture. Personnel management and human needs of employees. Business environment and personnel management.
    Personnel Planning
    The status of personnel planning in corporate planning. The process of personnel planning in enterprise. Planning of personnel activities. Tasks of the personnel department in planning.
    Recruitment and Placement Process
    Definition of the job (workplace). Job analysis. Job description and specification. Approaches and principles to search employees. Recruitment process. Placement process. Method of selecting workers. Adaptation and training of workers.
    Assessing and Rewarding Job Performance
    Staff assessment process. Evaluation of work performance. Reward and job performance. Reward policy in company. Wage rates. Staffing. Wage forms.
    Employee Training
    The importance of employee training. Forming the work capacity of a person. System of business education. Planning of business education. Methods of business education.
