- Cílem předmětu je seznámit posluchače s možnostmi využití výpočetní techniky na všech úrovních řízení firmy, ukázat proces tvorby informačního systému, jejich analýzu a syntézu, a nutnost spolupráce autora systému a uživatele systému. Studenti se seznámí se základními principy provozu a údržby informačního systému podniku založeného na moderních informačních technologiích.. Seznámí se s architekturou informačních systémů, jejich hodnocením, získáváním informací z okolí podniku, využitím počítačů pro podporu rozhodování.
