The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Goal of the subject is to introduce to students principles of doing business. Business is explained as the determined function of the enterprise. Students will learn how to work with categories: enterprise, business, types of enterprise and their specifications, objectives and functions of the enterprise, influence of the enterprise environment on its management, managing tools and economic analyses. Determination of basic definitions as: costs and profits, prices of enterprise's inputs and outputs, enterprise effectiveness, linking of basic factors in enterprise, organization, establishment, growth and cessation of enterprise form the ground for understanding business economics activities. This is the basis for subsequent part of the subject Business of Enterprise. 1. Conception of the enterprise 2. Foundation and formation of the enterprise 3. Typology, morphology and development stages of the enterprise 4. Organization, property and capital structure of the enterprise 5. Supply activities 6. Production activities 7. Sale activities 8. Syllabus
