Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce the principles of communitarian law, its legal sources, procedure of creating and passing all relative documents, their application in practice, enforcement of law and using enforcing instruments of European Community in relation to member states.

    8. Communitarian law enforcement, enforcing instruments of European Community in relation to member states
