Course objectives
Course objectives: Level - A 2.2 pre-intermediate The course aims at acquiring knowledge and skills sufficient to solve common situations in the sphere of the general and professional language. The course forms foreign language habits of students in such way that after passing the course the students will be able to understand common phrases of social intercourse and to apply them. They will be able to make themselves understood and react in everyday situations focused especially on the sphere of travelling, hobbies and interests and others. In the foreground of the learning process there is the competence to deal in the professional way by acquiring professional knowledge and social competence using the examples from the sphere of tourism. The part of the subject is training in the lexical-grammatical sphere, understanding of the read text, writing, listening with comprehension and spoken speech with emphasis on intercultural competence.
