Course objectives
The course aims to introduce students with the theme of rural tourism. Explains terms such as tourism, rural tourism, sustainable forms of tourism, tourism, providing participants with specific services in close connection with nature, agricultural production, traditions and cultural heritage of rural areas. The course introduces students to the area of sustainable development in turistismu, green-management and also with the legislation in this area. The course prepares the student to focus on the area and the possibility of implementing the service.

  • 1. Introduction to the study, interpretation of the basic concepts used
    2. Environment, rural tourism, rural and defining the types, characteristics of rural ecology and tourism,
    3. Nature of business in the country, legislative business conditions
    4. The impact of tourism on rural environment
    5. Historical development of rural tourism and current development trends
    6. The potential for rural tourism.
    7. Hiking, biking, horse riding, water sports
    8. Hunting and fishing, and recreation in the cabins chalupárčenie
    9. Services of in rural tourism and usable products in rural tourism.
    10. Agritourism - stay on the farm
    11. Creation of supporting programs in rural tourism
