Course objectives
The course prepares students to obtain knowledge and skills for gaining important managerial knowledge for solving problems which are related to the implementation of logistics approaches to production, the problems of operational planning in relation to the logistics of production. The course is focused on the issue of implementation of enterprise logistic management. It defines the relationship between logistics and TQM, deals with methods of JIT and using of modern approaches such as Kanban, 5S, visual management, etc.
