Course objectives
The goal of this course is to obtain a general overview of the issues of consumers' interests protection. It puts especially emphasis on aspects of goods quality, services, expertise and hygiene sales. Students are acquainted with the activities of state and local governments, especially with their actions in the field of control. The details about the consumer´s protection level abroad are integral part of this course.
