Course objectives
The aim of the course is to explain basic concepts related to the description of the company, the company's activities, the nature of business and provide an overview of the various activities of the company and its management (purchasing, production, sales, logistics, human resources, financing, investment activities), as well as the objectives of the enterprise, organizational structure, business efficiency in application to practical business accountancy.

  • 1. Characteristics of the company and the nature of business
    2. Objectives of the company, its functions and defining environment
    3. Typology and morphology of the companies
    4. Business life (establishment, growth, stabilization, crisis, remediation, termination)
    5. Organizational structures in the enterprise
    6. Managing of business (scope, phases, strategic, tactical, operational management, enterprise resource planning)
    7. Effectiveness of the company and its basic attributes
    8. Asset and capital structure of the company
    9. Production and purchasing activities in the company
    10. Sales activities
    11. Human resources (objectives, organization, planning, etc.)
    12. Business financing
    13. Investment activities

Seminar paper designed to evaluate selected business activity or business process from business practice. Continuous assessment (test) focused on business economics accountancy.
Seminar paper focuses on the analysis and evaluation of selected business activity or business process from business practice. Seminar paper check before exam. E-consultation with the teacher. The exam (written test) to verify basic knowledge of the entire scope of course with the addition of oral examination for a deeper knowledge verification.
