Course objectives
The aim of the course Resolution of Business Disputes is to supplement the substantive issues of commercial and civil rights, in particular their obligations parts. When business is not just about setting up companies and contractual relations in business, but also a way to resolve any disputes between the operating entity often arise. More detailed knowledge about how the courts to decide on the rights and obligations of the parties is a prerequisite for the successful resolution of such cases. The item expands the concept of business obligations and to further define the various judicial and non-judicial dispute resolution and is recommended especially for students who have completed course business law.
