Course objectives
The course will teach the student how to deal with the "units", which provide mainly regulated types of services under on-going control. This course provides opportunities for students to increase awareness of advanced management practice theories and the ability to demonstrate the following skills: Organizational analysis, financial analysis, human resource, and conflict management and demonstrate major concepts utilized in the field of social services.
