  3. Fáze konfliktů, jejich průběh a vývoj v čase.
  4. Chování v krizové situaci.
  5. Techniky práce se skupinou v krizových situacích.
  6. Reakce na frustraci.
  7. Kolektivní vyjednávání.
  8. Zásady krizové intervence.
