Course objectives
Students are able to use theoretical knowledge about differential equations and mathematical statistics to solve a practical problem that is processed through the project.
Syllabus
  • Course contents - examples of project focus:
    1. Working dam with hydroelectric power station - the relevant forces - using of differential equations.
    2. Interests and insurance.
    3. Predator-prey systems models.
    4. A control problem in fishery management.
    5. Epidemic models.
