English for IT 1 – Written Presentation Assignment
• Prepare a written version of your presentation topic
• The paper should be written in full sentences and continuous prose, not as bullet points
or notes
• Write the text as if you were explaining the topic to an audience, in a clear, logical, and
well-structured way
• The required length is 3 to 4 A4 pages
• The paper must be formatted with double spacing
• Use justified alignment throughout the document
• Include a list of sources/references at the end of the paper
• Your work should clearly demonstrate that you are writing about a topic you know well,
understand, and can explain meaningfully
• The paper should not be a simple collection of copied facts; it should show
understanding, relevance, and the ability to present the topic in your own words.
• Pay attention to clarity, coherence, and academic style
• The paper must be submitted in Word format
