 The teacher – beginner is a mature personality, or a personality less mature. From the psychological point of view is every man unique by his structure of psychic qualities and dispositions (Drapella, 1997). But what teachers – beginners must have in common is created objective opinion about the world, positive relationship towards children. 

Task for homework: based on the text, think about the analysis of selected characteristics of the student.
