FVP: UPPVIP049 Methodology of Participation in Experience Teaching and Gaming Activities (Winter 2025)
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic participatory methods and techniques that are used in the field of personal development as well as within professional tasks. Students will practically try out selected methods and techniques of working with the professional and lay public, suitable for facilitating and moderating various working or expert groups. Emphasis is placed on practical use and applicability.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students are able to propose a facilitation or mediation method for a specific task/situation in their future professional environment. They will be able to prepare this method both in terms of production and organization, and at the same time they are able to take on its moderation or facilitation. Students are familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of selected methods and techniques, they are able to evaluate the applicability of the technique for the chosen goal and purpose.
Teaching methods
Role-playing games, brainstorming methods, group activities, individual activities, activities with an emphasis on experiential aspects
Assessment methods
The creation of own activities, active participation, verification of knowledge of specified mandatory literature
