Course objectives
The aim of the lesson is the correct grip of the racquet, the correct position during strokes, the technique of strokes and their use in the game. Efficient movement on the court, control of the so-called T-point and mastering basic game skills, tactics, safety and rules of the game. Specification of singles and doubles.
