- Goal of the subject is to introduce students to foundations of stellar structure and evolution.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will understand basic laws of physics that describe stellar structure and will be able to solve them assuming simplifications.

- Lectures are focused on understanding of stellar structure, origin, and evolution up to late stages.

- Equations of stellar structure.
- Stellar atmosphere.
- Birth and evolution of stars
- Late stages of stellar evolution
- Binary systems. Evolution of binaries, variable stars, supernovae.
