- . Assigned Task - the research process and final report of a minimum of 10 pages. The topic is selected from the educational sciences related to the field of study. Evaluation is based on hypothesis formulation, research sample selection, statistical evaluation and presentation of results. The deadline is 4 weeks before the Examinations period. The evaluation will be required for group consultation.
2.Preparation and approval of individual tasks and participation in the consultation group is a prerequisite for obtaining credit

- Course objectives
- LECTURE The aim of the course is to master the basic terminology: formulation of objectives of the inquiry, hypotheses (qualifying conditions), selection of the basic techniques of data collection in the field, statistical processing of the results and principles of a final report and also gain practical skills. The result will be a final report and presentation of results. SEMINAR The aim of the course is to gain practical skills mastered basic terminology: the formulation of research objectives, hypotheses (skilled assumptions), the choice of the basic techniques of field data collection, statistical processing of obtained results and principles of a final report. The result will be a final report and presentation of results.

1. Status, mission and importance of educational research. Introduction to research in educational practice.
2. Selection of the problem, formulation of aims. Formulation of hypotheses (assumptions qualified) and tools for verification.
3. Overview of basic techniques for collecting empirical material .
4. Description of selected techniques (observation, interview, questionnaire, survey, analysis of documents, etc.).
5. Sampling and data collection organization, the specifics of job interviewers.
6. Quantitative and qualitative methods of processing the data

9. Working with the results and comments. Final report.
