- Course objectives
- In the seminars, the students will learn, on specific examples, about the various methods of media presentation of events in the contemporary world, within a controlled discussion they will analyse the individual examples and evidences of the media image of the modern world and will learn to perceive critically the image of contemporary world in a confrontation with reality. The students will also learn the basics of technology of work in media or with organization of work in media, their inner structure, types of journalistic professions, the techniques of journalistic work, which will enable them to be familiar with the contemporary media system and at the same time to analyse the topical media agenda critically.
