Open questions test. The student will prepare a seminar paper on the selected topic. Attendance at least 50% of seminars, i.e. only 6 absences are allowed.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to identify the main principles of Czech private law.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - identify the basic principles of private law - identify the position of persons - understand the basic aspects of property law - understand inheritance law - identify the basic principles of contracts Expertise in the field of private law. Orientation in legal regulations. To understand pricnciples of legal argumention.
