- Course objectives
- The aim is to verify the theoretical knowledge and gain practical skills in direct work with clients. Practical activities are focused on educational activities with the elderly will be implemented in care for the elderly. Within the practice, the student should be especially able to verify the applicability of theoretical knowledge in specific situations, learn eduacional measures and services implemented by that device, a critical look at the effectiveness of these measures and services and, if necessary. to try to proposing alternative ways to address the issue. He should understand the goals also methods that work when working with a client uses to reflect their position in the organization, develop communication skills, receive and interpret information, etc. The student will be able to navigate the organizational structure and functioning of the device, search for resources cooperation in the broader area of professional practice, to identify the particular educational needs of our clients. The practice is focused on the performance of individual educational work with clients under supervision staff facilities. Expert guidance are clearly key moment of the transfer of practical experience, while fulfilling a support function. Continuous Professional Practice takes the form in the range of 96 hod./semestr selected device working with seniors.

- Students prepare a professional practice daily practice. The structure of the diary is given by a teacher educator.
Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: The course-unit credit is awarded on condition of having fulfilled the conditions of practice specified in a separate document, active participation in the seminar, positive evaluation from practice and a processed diary in the given scope, structure and quality.
